Job Description Wash dishes and assist the kitchen staff in food prep when needed. And NO LATE NIGHTS means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. Essential Duties: Clean dishes per procedures. Follow daily cleaning chart Sweep and Mop floors Take out Trash Break down boxes Use Three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans Use dish machine, clean and break down at the end of the shift Qualifications Experience in food service, preferably in the kitchen.
