Job Description Wash dishes and assist the kitchen staff in food prep when needed. And NO LATE NIGHTS means you will have more quality time to maintain a balanced life. Essential Duties: Clean dishes per procedures. Follow daily cleaning chart Sweep and Mop floors Take out Trash Break down boxes Use Three compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize pots and pans Use dish machine, clean and break down at the end of the shift Qualifications Experience in food service, preferably in the kitchen. Responsibilities

The primary duties involve cleaning dishes according to established procedures and assisting kitchen staff with food preparation when required. Essential tasks also include maintaining cleanliness by sweeping, mopping floors, taking out trash, breaking down boxes, and operating the three-compartment sink and dish machine for pots and pans.
