The team of the The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position:

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in the kitchen or as a kitchen assistant is advantageous, but not strictly required
  • A high level of responsibility and reliability
  • Team player and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of hygiene regulations and food quality is an advantage
  • Good English and/or German language skills for communication within the team and with employees
Responsibilities
  • Daily meal service: You assist in preparing and serving dishes in our employee dining room
  • Cleaning and maintenance: Ensuring cleanliness throughout the employee dining room, cleaning of equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Support in food preparation: You assist our banquet kitchen in preparing meals for the employee dining room
  • Waste management: Responsibility for the proper disposal of waste and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards
