Overview:
We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in our care home. The ideal candidate will assist with meal preparation, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen team in food preparation and cooking activities
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area
- Help with meal assembly and presentation
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a culinary, restaurant, or catering setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.30 per hour
