Kitchen Assistant (m/w/d) in Munich

Your tasks

• Preparation and execution of all work in the production area by arrangement and in compliance with the quality standard.
• Proper storage of all foodstuffs and raw materials according to instructions.
• Assistance with inventory, reporting of damages
• Maintenance and cleaning of all work areas and equipment, ensuring compliance with house-specific and legal hygiene regulations.
• Compliance with labor and food safety regulations as well as all official instructions

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training as a cook.
• Initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy or the hotel industry
• Friendly, open and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food law laws and regulations
• Absolute service orientation, high reliability and resilience, as well as a meticulous work ethic.
