Kitchen Assistant (m/w/d) in Frankfurt am Main

Location: Frankfurt-Mitte

Location: City center

Working hours: Full-time

Size: approx. 200 rooms, 3 outlets, several conference rooms

Type of establishment: Luxury hotel belonging to a small hotel group

Your future area of ​​responsibility

• Preparation and presentation of cold and hot dishes
• Ensuring the necessary mise en place
• Compliance with hygiene regulations according to the HACCP regulation and the Infection Protection Act
• Product monitoring, quality and quantity of the food produced
• Training of apprentices and new employees

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a cook
• Flexibility and enjoyment of work
• Creativity and teamwork
• High resilience and ability to work independently
• Stay calm even in stressful situations.
