SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in industrial and/or restaurant kitchens
• Knife skills and experience
• A passion for food and kitchen operations

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our central kitchen (which produces ingredients for our restaurants) and to support our kitchen teams.

YOUR TASKS

You will:

• Undertake ingredient preparation in the kitchen
• Use our state of the art processing machines
• Maintain adequate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory counts
• Ensure critical standards of product quality, daily food safety and sanitation
• Role model and reinforce FISHBOWL’s people and culture standards
