ABOUT US
We are an independently owned group of outstanding restaurants, pubs, and boutique hotels in the East Midlands, across Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire & Lincolnshire. We operate several different formats, although each site is treated like every colleague and guest, as an individual. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year in a similar role. Training can be provided for those with less than 1 years’ experience
Guaranteeing that all regulations and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen areas. Aiding the chefs when required in food preparation and service.
