ABOUT US:

At BH Food Group, we value quality, teamwork, and creativity. We are currently hiring a Kitchen Assistant to support our head chef and kitchen team.
Position: Full-Time Kitchen Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday (weekends & holidays off)
Compensation: Competitive; determined during interview
Probation: 3 months

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Culinary education or equivalent experience preferred
• Previous kitchen experience is an asset but not required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

• Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas
• Wash, peel, and chop ingredients as needed
• Monitor inventory and help with receiving supplies
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed
