JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our team in assisting with food preparation and kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen staff in ensuring smooth meal preparation and service. You will be working in a team of 4-5 people with full training and guidance.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is desirable
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Familiarity with restaurant or catering kitchen operations
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Experience in meal preparation

• Assist with food preparation tasks under the guidance of kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen are
• Support in setting up and clearing away for meal services
• Help with basic cooking tasks as directed
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Labelling and organising meals for customers
