Coldwells House is a 41 bed, CQC rated “Outstanding” Care home set in beautiful grounds in Hereford and are looking to recruit a Kitchen Assistant to our team.
The hours of work and shift patterns will be discussed at interview and will involved some weekend shifts.As a Kitchen Assistant you will be required to work as part of the team under the direction of the Chef and Home Manager.
You will need to be dedicated and above all have a genuine interest in the people you care for. Every single person who works here understands that our residents are people just like them with their own stories to tell, and by joining us, you’ll have a wonderful opportunity to give something back to the people.
For you that will mean delivering a high standard of cleanliness making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general duties within the care home. You will always value peoples time making sure every day is spent living well.
Experience is desired but not essential as full training will be given.
