JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate required
• Prior experience in hotel kitchen or Chinese cuisine preferredWilling to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Assist in preparing food ingredients in accordance with kitchen standards
• Support daily kitchen operations by ensuring ingredients are well-stocked and prepped
• Uphold food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations
• Perform other kitchen-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
