QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Basic cooking skill to prepare bar food (Mainly deep-fry)
• Able to R&D simple dish
• Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
• Team player, discipline and self-starter
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday
• Candidates without any experience are absolutely welcome

• Cook and prepare a variety of food products (Training will be provided)
• Manage food preparations and cooking, safety and hygiene practices to ensure our customers received the exceptional culinary quality and experience
• Ensure areas are clean and tidy at all times
• Uphold personal hygiene and dress code standards
• Communicate effectively across all departments from kitchen to front of house
• Manage Inventory and stock receipt
• Stand in as a service crew if there are no order in the kitchen
