We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
  • Support the cooking team by preparing and cooking various dishes according to recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Help with serving meals during busy periods, ensuring that all dishes are presented attractively.
  • Collaborate with chefs to understand daily specials and menu changes.
  • Assist in inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
