We are looking for a motivated and dedicated employee (m/f/d) as a kitchen assistant **starting immediately**!

Your tasks

You are a good fit for us if you want to support us with enthusiasm and enjoyment in the general kitchen tasks for our two restaurants, including the breakfast kitchen!

To relieve our chefs during peak hours and thus enable us to offer our guests the best possible service, we are looking for energetic support for our kitchen team with immediate effect.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring cleanliness: Cleaning of workplaces, kitchen equipment and dishes (washing up).
• Prepare the ingredients: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, salad, and meat.
• Comply with regulations: Adhere to hygiene and HACCP guidelines.

Your profile

• Experience is an advantage: Prior practical experience in a kitchen is good, but not a must (career changers welcome!).
• Clean working methods: reliability and a high awareness of hygiene.
• Team spirit & resilience: You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.

In 1999, our privately run hotel, comprised of several villas meticulously restored and renovated in the traditional seaside resort architecture, opened in a 10,000 m² park in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin. This 5-star superior hotel offers its guests 52 suites and rooms, the "Ambiance" restaurant serving classic fine cuisine with regional products, the new "Toujours" brasserie with its clever and relaxed interpretations of island dishes, and the well-stocked Jules Bar with its passionate cocktail culture.
