Mint People are currently looking for talented, enthusiastic, and passionate Kitchen Assistants to join our team across various venues in the local area. As a leading provider of hospitality and leisure staff in England, Mint People are renowned for supplying the very best talent in the industry. Unlike many others, we only recruit when we have work available — and right now, we have plenty of opportunities waiting for you. Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off 12-hour shifts (1-hour unpaid break) Key Responsibilities: Maintaining cleanliness across all kitchen areas Supporting food preparation Assisting chefs with daily tasks Pot washing and general kitchen duties Restocking supplies as required Requirements: A positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment Driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred, as some venues are in remote locations If you’re reliable, hard-working, and ready to be part of a dynamic hospitality team, we’d love to hear from you.
