• Assist chefs and cooks in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
• Help with food handling and storage to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support catering events by preparing food items as directed and assisting with setup and cleanup.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols.
