An exciting new opportunity has come up at Café Coffea – we are looking to hire a Head Chef to manage the kitchen and cook our brunch & lunch dishes. The role includes prepping for service and cooking during service. Your primary role will be to manage the kitchen and come up with new dishes, but there will also be opportunities to learn and develop.
You’ll be working for dynamic and supportive owners who encourage creativity and welcome new ideas on the menu all the time. We pride ourselves for the quality and variety of our product and our customer service.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in reputable, high volume kitchens
  • Good attention to detail and plating
  • Organised and ability to keep stock and equipment checks
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively, delegate tasks and lead junior staff
  • Good communication skills
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
