Job Summary

• Food Preparation:
• Wash, peel, cut, and prepare ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats.
• Assist cooks and chefs with various kitchen tasks.
• Dishwashing and Cleaning:
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, surfaces, and storage areas.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Kitchen Maintenance and Sanitation:
• Take out trash and recycling and clean garbage containers.
• Organize and stock kitchen supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and adhere to sanitation and safety standards.

Skills and Knowledge

• Basic food preparation skills.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning and maintenance skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of food safety standards and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
