Kitchen Assistant :
Main duty is Wash-up
High level of food hygiene required and basic knowledge of food preparation . Training will be provided
Kitchen Porter :
May need the assist chefs during busy periods in a productive manner. Keep the kitchen in a high level of cleanliness
Tips are shared with the kitchen staff
