Assisting the chef with kitchen tasks. Ensuring food preparation areas are clean and hygienic in line with food hygiene regulations. Washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately. Cleaning the floor and other kitchen equipment, disposing of rubbish and keeping the yard swept. Sorting and storing ingredients, observing use by dates. Ability to multi task, stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team, good time keeper.
Full training will be given, with a view to obtaining a qualification

Pay: £12.21 per hour
