We’re a growing personal chef and catering company based in St. Petersburg. For over 10 years, we’ve delivered luxury, nourishing meals to families and private clients across Tampa Bay, Bradenton, and Anna Maria Island. Our work is rooted in quality, intention, and seasonality—sourcing from local farms, cooking with the best ingredients, and designing menus that bring ease and joy to our clients.
Now, we’re looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Prep Cook to support our Head Chef starting ASAP. This role is part-time but has growth potential as our catering and private event business expands.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of culinary experience OR demonstrated cooking skill + passion
• Interest in nutrition and health-supportive cooking
• Familiarity with special diets and nutritional terminology
• ServeSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
• Access to reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
• Flexible availability for occasional events
• Able to pass a background check
• Previous work history + references required

• Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
• Support with food prep, cooking, and packaging for delivery clients
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Follow food handling and storage procedures to meet safety + sanitation standards
• Clean and organize workstations, equipment, and dishes
• Help with catering + private event setup, service, and breakdown when scheduled
• Grocery shopping and farm sourcing as needed
• Support with deliveries
