Responsibilities
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients for meals.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Support chefs and cooks in meal preparation by following instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Assist in catering events as required, ensuring that all meals are prepared to high standards.
  • Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting low stock levels to the kitchen manager.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
