JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will support the kitchen staff in preparing and serving meals, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth operation in the kitchen environment. REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs and cooks in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying supervisors when items are low.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all food is prepared and stored safely.
  • Support the serving staff during meal service by preparing plates and assisting with food presentation.
  • Participate in cleaning duties at the end of shifts to maintain a hygienic work environment.
