We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
• Support the team during service by plating dishes and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Participate in daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
