Responsibilities
  • Assist in meal preparation and food handling to ensure timely service.
  • Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, and measuring as directed by chefs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure high-quality standards.
  • Support chefs during service by preparing plates and assisting with serving when necessary.
  • Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
  • Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared according to specifications.
