Responsibilities
  • Assist in the fabrication and preparation of various food items, including meat packaging, prep, labeling etc
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils to adhere to food safety standards.
  • Support kitchen manager in daily operations, ensuring timely preparation of product
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Follow recipes and instructions accurately to ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
  • Participate in training sessions on food processing techniques and safety protocols.
