Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Your responsibilities include washing dishes, cleaning the kitchen area, and assisting chefs with prep work. You’ll operate dishwashing machinery, ensure items are properly stored, adhere to health and hygiene standards, and help with stock deliveries and recycling. You’re expected to work independently, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and report any issues to the Head Chef.
