• Have completed Health & Safety and Food Safety Training

Signature Dining are looking for an experienced kitchen assistant to join our vibrant team in Surbiton. We are seeking a confident individual with a can do attitude and a flexible approach to their work, along with desire to further their skills and career.

Working 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7, with shifts allocated on a rota basis. Evening and weekends will be required. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Perform daily kitchen cleaning duties, including washing up
• Supporting the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Report directly to the head chef
• Assist with food service, where required
