Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Summerset, we place high value on providing an exceptional dining experience for our residents and visitors. To provide this we have implemented a new food strategy, to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents and visitors. Therefore, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant who has a genuine interest in providing quality services. This is a PART TIME working a minimum of 24 hour per fortnight - Sunday/Monday/Tuesday every week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Following the requirements of the Food Control Plan to ensure that all elements are completed as documented
- Cleaning of all kitchen surfaces including washing dishes and removing rubbish from the kitchen
- Working with the chef to unload and put away stock
- Supporting the chef with food preparation
