REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle lifting tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning ingredients).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support with dishwashing and cleaning duties when necessary.
• Receive, check, and store kitchen supplies properly.
• Assist in basic cooking or plating tasks under supervision.
