We require an assistant Tandoori chef working under our main chefs to make various Pakistani /Indian starters, naans, etc
You will be required to prepare & cook from raw ingredients, have knowledge on using tandoori oven, making Naan, Roti, Tikka, Samosas, Pakoras, Kababs, Sundries, etc, demonstrate good cooking & prepping skills, present high standard of food according to menu and company specifications. You will need to be an all round team player and
show good standard of health & hygiene.
· Other duties will include stock and usage control, manage deliveries and general upkeep of kitchen and storage facilities.
· Full time, immediate start for the right person
· Salary will be negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
· To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
· Eligibility to live and work in UK
· Basic Food Hygiene certificate
· Minimum 2 years previous work experience in similar cuisine establishments
· Working knowledge and familiarities of Pakistani/ Indian cuisine menus
