We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Comis level chef to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow their culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
As a Comis Chef, you’ll be an essential part of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, maintaining a clean workspace, and learning the ropes from our experienced chefs.
What You’ll Do:
* Assist senior chefs with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
* Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all food safety and hygiene standards.
* Manage basic cooking tasks like preparing simple dishes, grilling, and frying.
* Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries.
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service.
What We’re Looking For:
* A genuine passion for cooking and the culinary arts.
* Previous experience in a kitchen is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
* A strong work ethic and a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
