WINNERS OF DEMENTIA CARE HOME 2024

We are seeking a full time Kitchen Assistant (42 hours per week) join our team at The Huntington & Langham Estate in Hindhead. you must be a team player with a flexible approach. Set in 30 acres of the beautiful Surrey Hills, we cater for 35 residents in our nursing home and 40 residents in our dementia home - both on the same site.
pay is £12.25-£14.70 per hour breaks are paid. shifts will include alternate weekends. Shifts are a mix set hours and days - shift times 8am-2pm, 2pm-8pm and 8am-8pm
your own transport is necessary as public transport is not very accessible near us.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible to the Chefs and Home Manager. You will be required to assist the Chef in all food and meal preparation duties. You will also assist the Chef to plate meals and serve meals ready for our care team to serve to our elderly residents. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas.
