We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our small and friendly team. The job role includes but is not limited to:
Assisting the kitchen team in the preparation, cooking and serving of meals.
Ensure all crockery and equipment is cleaned and stored appropriately, ensure cleaning of the kitchen area is carried out effectively
Flexible attitude to working requirements to meet the needs of the business
Ensure statutory Health and Safety standards in the kitchen
Stock rotation
Pot washing
A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification is desirable but not essential
We are looking for a friendly and hard-working individual who is capable of working in a fast paced kitchen environment during peak times of the day
Shifts will be from a range of 4 hour shifts on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays and 1 day shift each weekend.
