As we expand our kitchen team, we’re excited to welcome an experienced Full Time Kitchen Assistant to join The Tram Cafe for evening (12pm-8pm) shifts.

· Portioning meals for clients – making sure food is portioned safely and portion control is being monitored.
· Preparation of sandwiches / veg prep / salads / and all other food prep.
· Assist with handling and putting away deliveries.
· Making sure equipment is clean and put in correct location when not being used.
· Working well with others on the team and helping each other to get all tasks completed.
· Adhering to health & food safety guidelines.
· Presenting yourself in a clean and presentable manner.
· Assisting the chefs to prepare food when required
· Any other tasks as reasonably requested by the Kitchen Manager.
