We are now recruiting for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join the Bodmin (Walker Lines Industrial Estate) team on part-time, permanent basis working approximately 25 hours each week.
Shifts each week: Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays
Some flexibility to help out during busy periods or to cover holidays/sickness would be helpful.

• To assist with the preparation of fresh food produce including hot filled rolls
• Cooking daily specials and breakfasts
• Preparing deli recipes
• Baking off pasties and other pastry goods
• Compliance with food hygiene and quality standards at all times
• Keeping production areas clean with adherence to cleanliness standards
• Working safely with industrial ovens and other kitchen machinery
• To undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job.
