Scalford court is looking for a full time / Part time kitchen assistant.
Main Duties
1. To assist in preparing and serving food and beverages meeting the required hygiene service standards.
2. To wash, dry and store all kitchen equipment, crockery and utensils and ensure their safe use and care.
3. To dispose of waste correctly.
4. Ensure areas as stated on the cleaning rotas are cleaned to set standards using the correct cleaning chemicals and their quantity of use. Handle chemicals according to Health & Safety guidelines.
5. To prepare dining room for next meal.
Job Type: Part-time
