Whitekirk Hill, nestled in breathtaking countryside just outside North Berwick, is seeking a dynamic and efficient Prep Chef to join our team. Our thriving Food and Beverage department offers a diverse range of experiences, from a bustling café and soft play café to a versatile event space. KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Previous experience in a busy kitchen environment is preferable.
· Fast and efficient work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team.
· Availability to work weekends.
· Training will be provided, but catering experience is advantageous.

1. Food Preparation: Work efficiently in the preparation of soups, sandwiches, quiches, sausage rolls, Scotch eggs, and various salads.
2. Operational Support: Assist in maintaining operational efficiency in the kitchen, ensuring timely and quality food production.
3. Hygiene and Safety: Adhere to rigorous hygiene and safety standards, contributing to a safe working environment.
4. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and contribute to a positive and efficient team environment.
5. Weekend Availability: Be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule.
