Your Passion:

• Mise en place activities and the proper preparation of all dishes
• Support for the Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie
• Work taking into account the cost of goods sold
• Compliance with food hygiene regulations
• Professional and proper handling of all kitchen appliances and machinery, as well as their maintenance and care.
• Proper storage of all foodstuffs and raw materials

Your Personality:

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef
• Initial experience in kitchen organization and food production
• Good knowledge of merchandise management and control
• Good knowledge of hygiene and HACCP guidelines
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, creativity and organizational skills
• Friendly and polite demeanor as well as good manners
