KEY REQUIREMENTS

Experience of working in a catering and hospitality environment is essential, and knowledge of food hygiene is essential, but full training will be given.
Basic cooking skills and a good knowledge of allergen and intolerance information is essential
High levels of personal hygiene are essential
Hours available are 37hrs per week 5 over 7 term time only
