Flexible schedule Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides assistance with all dietary functions as directed in accordance with established department policies and procedures. Assists with preparing and serving meals following established food safety standards and guidelines. Performs daily and/or scheduled cleaning tasks. Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils, and equipment according to established procedures and returns them to storage areas. Disposes of food and waste in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines. Sweeps and mops floors as assigned. Restocks food, beverages, and supplies for meal service. Assists in the receiving, rotating, and storage of food and supplies. Assists with Cook responsibilities as assigned. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
