Supporting our chefs across à la carte dining, banquets, room service and buffet operations, you'll help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences. What You'll Be Doing Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications About You! You are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
