Job Description Ensure our guests have a great food and beverage experience and make holiday memories Staff accommodation and meals package available What you’ll do: You may work in a variety of our food and beverage outlets where you’ll actively contribute to a vibrant, collaborative team focused environment. In this role you’ll support the Kitchen Team to deliver consistently high quality meals by providing non-cooking duties in a kitchen or food preparation area. On a daily basis you will: Undertake general cleaning duties within a kitchen or food preparation area and scullery Cleaning of cooking and general utensils used in a kitchen and restaurant Assist colleagues who are cooking including assembling and preparing ingredients What you’ll bring: A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Genuine Interest in working in a commercial kitchen, preparing fresh produce Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated willingness to learn and acquire new skills Ability to apply general mathematical skills in a workplace context An ability to work in a fast paced environment Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7 day roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
