You will play an essential role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. Supporting our chefs across à la carte dining, room service and buffet operations, you'll help maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen while contributing to exceptional guest experiences. Offering the award rate of $26.44 per hour plus applicable penalty rates, this role offers a great development opportunity to grow your skills and confidence in a hotel in the heart of Melbourne's conferencing precinct and to be a part of the global Accor community. You must have Australian working rights and availability across several days/shifts to be considered for this role. What You'll Be Doing Maintain cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and utensils Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure a continuous supply of clean kitchenware Assist with basic food preparation and stock handling as required Follow food safety, hygiene and WHS standards at all times Support the Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications About You! You are reliable, hardworking and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
