Job Description

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard of grooming and personal presentation.
  • The ability and flexibility to work across a seven day rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment preferred; as to, an understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Organized and a great team player
  • Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Responsibilities
  • Be engaged in general cleaning duties within our kitchens, including cleaning cooking and general utensils used in a commercial kitchen.
  • Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitizing of all surfaces
  • Keeping floors and work areas clear of hazards and obstruction
  • Responsible of the operation of kitchen cleaning equipment
  • Assisting employees who are cooking
  • Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking
  • Performing general pantry duties
