Job Description Reporting to the Chief Steward, your key duties will include, but are not limited to: Keep the workspace safe, clean, and tidy Make sure kitchens and staff areas are stocked with clean, sanitised, and dry equipment Use chemicals and equipment correctly, following the instructions provided Run the dishwashing machines as needed Help out with deep cleaning in the kitchens Put away equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware safely and hygienically Qualifications Demonstrated experience in a similar high volume, fast paced hospitality environment Strong teamwork skills with the ability to operate effectively both collaboratively and independently Flexibility to work across rotating rosters, including weekends and both AM/PM shifts Commitment to achieving excellence, with a results‑driven approach and focus on high standards Additional Information Why join us? 30% discount on food & beverage at Accor properties worldwide Generous accommodation discounts at over 4,500 properties across 110 countries Career mobility across Accor’s global brand portfolio Ongoing training and professional development A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a focus on promoting diverse talent
