Description

BASIC FUNCTION: responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned as needed): * Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction * Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc * Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously * Process orders in person, on phone or via email * Efficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction * Discussing features and benefits of products and services * Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job * Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner * Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account * Visiting jobsites for measures and design SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: * Ability to read, write, and speak in English * Able to complete basic math and measurement skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office products * Experience in 20/20 * Previous Kitchen and Bath design experience * Detail oriented * To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic * Ability to work independently and within a team setting * Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: * Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. * Manual dexterity. * Ability to talk and hear.
