The Opportunity We are looking to find some hard working kitchen legends to work in our busy kitchen. The role will include the following: Preparation and delivery of our restaurant menu and function food menu; Adhering to our high level of food presentation; Maintaining a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness; and Championing kitchen health and safety. About You You should have: A knowledge of food and commitment to producing food of the highest quality and presentation; Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to plan, prepare and think ahead; A commitment to prioritise hygiene, food handling and health & safety procedures; Self motivation but also the ability to work in a team; A passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude; Great availability, including weekends and nights; Excellent communication skills; and Reliability and punctuality. Responsibilities

The role includes preparation and delivery of the restaurant and function food menus, maintaining high standards of food presentation, hygiene, and kitchen health and safety. Kitchen Casuals will work in a busy kitchen environment and contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests.
