JOB DESCRIPTION
This hotel is located in the heart of the town centre and is part of a well-established group. It features 123 guest rooms, along with bar, dining areas, and conference facilities, catering to both business and leisure guests.
We are currently seeking skilled Kitchen Chefs/Cooks to join our busy and developing kitchen team, must have a good knowledge of food safety experience and be able to demonstrate high levels of cooking ability.
The ideal candidate will be able to follow instructions and demonstrate initiative while placing a strong emphasis on teamwork. Key responsibilities will include ensuring the preparation and presentation of food meet high standards, supporting team members, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
The successful applicant must exhibit flexibility, reliability, and possess excellent communication skills. Working hours will vary and may include breakfast, lunch, dinner shifts, and weekends, with starting times subject to change.
Weekend availability is essential. The hourly rate will be in line with the National Minimum Wage, and previous experience in a similar role is preferred. The position is based on a casual Engagement
